Siphiwe Moyo

Siphiwe Moyo is a highly regarded International Keynote Speaker, Author, and and a Team Effective Facilitator. He is a seasoned HR practitioner and Organizational Behavior specialist, studying and teaching human behavior within workplace contexts. He is considered an expert in leadership, cultivating optimism, hope & resiliency, employee motivation, and helping employees cope with organisational change. He has helped many senior leadership teams with team effectiveness interventions. As an adademic, Siphiwe designed the initial postgraduate module in Organisational Behaviour offered at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.  He has worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at GIBS, Henley Business School Africa, Wits Business School, and Johannesburg Business School, and is the author of four best-selling books. He was previously the Head of Learning & Development for three Johannesburg Stock Exchange top 40 listed companies.
